If you're in the Philippines (like you actually live here), where do you go for fun?
I'd love to go to beaches and drink cocktails while sunbathing again. But I hate crowded places and am saving up for long breaks when gas price hike is no longer a problem.
There also aren't fun libraries or parks close by. So just mostly malls.
This is me admitting I need a vacation. Badly. Lol.

@Casheyane no my family visited with me as a baby but i was 1 and have no memory of it.. they've visited since them but i haven't yet .. i like photos of their waterfalls and hot springs on reddit tho not to mention all the beaches since it's 7,541islands lol
There are good beaches. But they're on far off provinces. The ones near my end are crowded and already redesigned as water parks. I just happen to prefer the quiet less crowded kind with swings and beds on sand.
Tip if you ever visit, do a research or ask a native on what tastes good. Some tourists complain that street food isn't great here. Philippines isn't like Korea or Vietnam wherein food everywhere is great. But if you know where to get the right food, you'd be amazed.
So the trick is collecting information instead of coming unprepared. ;)

Go for halo-halo, crispy pata, leche flan, bibingka, puto bumbong, laing, sinigang, smoked milkfish with fried eggplant, etc. There are many good kind.
But yeah, some like to give a good challenge so they make you taste the unusual ones. XD
