Do you ever just stay quiet in the midst of chaos to avoid blowing up and saying something you will regret ?

Far more than people here would believe. Especially the political posts. When I read something that makes my head feel it's about to explode I shut up the most. It's much more beneficial and therapeutic to just do this.
