... and here I was thinking that an actual human decided whether or not submited questions got posted (since I submitted one about people who heart their own content months ago that never got posted, I assume because an admin was exercising arbitrary editorial control)
but now, the fact that this exact same question, worded the same, by the same submitter, has been posted twice in a month, makes me wonder if there is a glitch ... surely the submitter wouldn't ask it twice, surely an admin wouldn't allow it to go through twice under manual review ...
