Damn, how do you all deal with this hunger thing?!

My anti-histamine didn't only get rid of my rash and itch, it gave me appetite for the first time in my life. My stomach now gets upset if I don't eat for a few hours. Have most of you really been living this way all this time? Where do you get the time to prepare and eat food so often?! 😯

Welcome to the club, that's one of the most common effects, along with sleepiness (this last one not much anymore with the last gen antihistamines)

@Elessar I have been experiencing quite a bit of sleepiness about 2 hours after a dose, but the rest of the day is fine. Going from having to force myself to eat, to not being able to go without food for long, will take a while to get used to though.

You just gotta have snacks all the time, and figure out which meals can be made super quickly and easily. And then more snacks
