@SW-User I think Suzanne Collins did a bit of a 'Taylor Swift' and dropped it complete to her publishing house without them really knowing!
So far? So good. The back story is that it is the eve of the 10th Anniversary of the 'Hunger Games' and the Snow family are not the hierarchy that they are in the first trilogy of books...and, I guess, will lead into the politics, the history of the great war, and his rise to power.....
