Well I don't care who believes me, but I saw one in person in 1973, just a few feet above the telephone pole on old Eiler Road, 11:30 in the evening. I'll never forget it. My best lady friend was with me at the time so of course she witnessed it, too. It was amazing.
@Hireath
Oh it definitely was. Made a believer out of me for sure. I still can't believe it to this day what I saw. It was very strange and eerie. Definitely out of this world because I tell you what there's still not a jet or super jet in this world yet, that could have flown as fast as that thing. One minute it was there standing dead still in the night. The next, it switched its lights from 4, down two, and was gone in the blink of an eye and I washed it go through Belleville Illinois, lickety split. We don't have that technology today and that was back in 1973. Man was it awesome! I wish you could have seen it. And people are so weird about it these days. Too scared to talk about it, well I'm not. Nothing wrong with it. They're real and nothing to feel ashamed about seeing. Another friend of mine who lives in this building really had a special encounter with one, one time in the evening when she was by herself in her little camper in the woods not far from here at the lake. Oh my goodness I can't believe her story it was just amazing and Mary doesn't lie! She's never been a liar. If she says something, you can take it as complete truth. I always love hearing that story from her. I mean they were right at her door buddy! Man I love that story and I find them so fascinating. I wish more people would talk about their experience with them. That would be so much fun to talk about.

@Hireath Oh man, I wish you had, too! You would have just loved it and been so amazed. As I approached it, or I should say before I got too close to it, it had its lights on that were brighter than a football field and it was standing dead still, scoping and empty wheat field. Go figure. What in the world was it looking for? I'll always wonder. And then when we actually got practically write up on it, it's switched them quickly down to dim lights. Four dim lights. I roll down the window. No sound whatsoever. So weird. A spacecraft as big as that, yet not one sound coming from it. Talk about technology! There was no whirling sound as if it was a helicopter either. Just did silent in the black of the night above that telephone pole. It was amazing as I realized I was witnessing something completely out of this world and I felt so honored and in awe. I had always known we weren't the only ones in this huge universe and to assume that, would be ludicrous, prideful, and egotistical. There are many creatures out there that God made, I'm sure. He loves to create. That's what he does and that's what he loves. Creation. As genius as he is, he has to so enjoy, creating all types of things in this universe. Just look what he did here for example. Wow! It irritates me to no end when people say a beautiful tree came from two rocks colliding in space. Yeah right. As if they have the intelligence to do that. Everything we see in this universe was created by super intelligent DESIGN. Design has a creator! And it's just not any creator. It is HE.... YAHWEH. The one the Bible says is the Creator of ALL THINGS.
ALL things were made by HIM; and without him was not ANY THING made, that was made. John 1:3
A child could understand that. Why can't human beings, who insist that is all wrong? smh
Man is SO stubborn and prideful, it's unbelievable. He thinks he knows better than God and that is pure pride and arrogance. Absurd.
