If you bring up the series Nurse Jackie, go to season five, episode six, cue it up to 15:30. the scene is absoluteley hilarious. here is a little bit of back ground. the nurse is having an affair with the doctor. just before the scene, she is trying to help a beligerant patient, who calls her a bitch. Then this scene happens. it is very funny.
