To those of you who enjoy horror films

What is it about them that you enjoy? Do you actually find them scary?

I've watched plenty but I just don't seem to be able to get into them enough to find them scary or creepy.

most of them are so bad, they're good. I love how corny they are especially the 80's stuff

@Torsten I think you have a point there. these days I think horror takes itself a bit too seriously.
