Do you like very old movies?

I had no idea they made movies like this back then and I'm watching it right now. It's trippy and way out there for a early 1950s movie.

I found this one that stars Bela Lugosi. Its from 1953

From Wikipedia:

The film is a docudrama about cross-dressing and transvestism, and is semi-autobiographical in nature. Wood himself was a cross-dresser, and the film is a plea for tolerance. It was widely considered one of the worst films ever made upon release. However, it has since been reevaluated and has become a cult film due to its low-budget production values, idiosyncratic style, and early cinematic themes of transgender acceptance.

Wood was a well known crossdresser. In the film Ed Wood, his girlfriend dumps him because she can no longer handle his penchant for wearing female clothing. The factual reason she dumped his ass was because of his drinking. He had become an alcoholic, which is ignored for some reason in the movie.

Wood used Bela Lugosi in Glen or Glenda, but his role is bizarre. Bela sits in a chair and spouts nonsense dialog, that has no connection to the story. Not sure what mental state Wood was in when he placed Lugosi in this film, but perhaps he was simply exploiting his name....and paying Bela some money because Ed idolised him.
