Is it a dumb idea to eat icecream when I had my braces tightened and a small surgery in my upper canine tooth?

I don't even crave it that much.. but I guess I am just sad and stressed..

@Nanori No I am not feeling sick... as a matter of fact, my dentist made it seem like I am going to be aching as hell when the numbing effect is gone.. but I am I am okay 🤷‍♀️ I just feel a little pain in the area of course, and the usual pain when he tightens the braces, but nothing that bad
