Duck eggs are really rich.

Had duck egg scramble this morning. The thought of any food right now is unappealing. The chicken egg crisis of 2023 has lead me down some strange paths. Smoked Fish eggs on the other hand have little or no taste

I got salty duck eggs once....just could not eat them.

@revenant the ones I have taste just like regular eggs. They are just so rich though. I think maybe because the yolks are bigger, more cholesterol and fat.
