That Poem you hear in the Cinema

Have you ever got to your seat like 5 minutes before the screen starts and it turns on an a poem is recited by a woman and its the 'switch off your phone' instruction. the art style they use is very abstract.

I saw three movies in a space of 2 weeks and I can't get that poem out of my head.
