@OogieBoogie My friend was telling me About Love, Death and Robots. Looks pretty cool.

I'm interested in stories and art as well as all the world and lore building kind of stuff
@caPnAhabLore huh?
have you seen 'Secret Level'?
its kinda based on game lore

Amime and cartoons have to have good story lines for me. Otherwise its pointless.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@OogieBoogie Yep, I've heard of it. I was disappointed that the Halo/Doom crossover episode got rejected.

I'd watch the series except I'm not paying for Netflix or whatever it's on.

Good stories for me a bonus, but I also like comedy

Absolutely not . But the ones I grew up with that were through insane thought claimed to be too violent were better than any cartoons today.
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@caPnAhab I've come across a few. I don't care for the anime techniques or others I've seen.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@Gibbon well think those old cartoons with the violence would certainly be less detrimental to some modern cartoons tailored towards kids,

..loud, obnoxious, paced at 100mph so as not to lose their attention.
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@caPnAhab teenage mutant turtles is most certainly non violent smh
YoMomma ·
I think they are for adults too not just kids

60's cartoons were the best.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@Livingwell

My favorite 60s cartoon was Gumby (if we can cheat and count claymation)

My favorite era for cartoons were 90s and 2000s

Definition of innuendo: Rewatching 80s cartoons and thinking "Ahhhh I get that now!"
thepeculiarpanda · 36-40, M
Nope, cartoons are great. 😌
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@thepeculiarpanda I've been on a cartoon binge lately after deciding to rip all my DVDs to a hard drive

So far I've got SpongeBob seasons 1-3 and now starting Courage The Cowardly Dog
thepeculiarpanda · 36-40, M
@caPnAhab Both excellent choices!
