Some of my favorites that I have rewatched recently are:

Reboot
Samurai Jack
Venture Bros
Cowboy Bebop

(The last two probably weren't child-friendly when I watched then the first time, but whatever)

I have a lot more that I used to watch, but I either don't have access to then, they aren't available, or I just haven't watched them recently.
