I need someone to teach me how to some of the following things
-How to do Key fr<x>ames
-How to draw in the settings and backgrounds
-*How to,VERY!, animate the images
-And what to draw too
So if you know what Animating program is best for the three reasons above then let me know in the comment section below and if anyone knows how to do any of these things let me know too
