Considering the absolute corrupting of "justice" by Trump and what used to be the Republican party, I think this approach is a gift to Biden for the election. From the Trump court delays to Rowe V Wade and the Supreme court judges rulings, anyone would beappalled to see the Constitution and Bill of Rights taking it up the @$$ like this..But maybe Americans dont care.😷
