I Love the American Idol Auditions

The horrible and embaressing ones, of course. The good ones are a bit cliché; the judges compliment graciously and then permit you to the next round. But when you watch people who can't sing and are usually in self-denial, it's funny...as much as it's sad. A lady sounded like a screaming goat, yet she was mad when Simon Cowell critiqued her because her family kept boosting her confidence. If you love someone, be honest or else they're going to make themselves look like fools on live television.
