Why are the quotes from Wizard of Oz so memorable/famous?

Like "I think I'll miss you most of all scarecrow"
"I'll get you my pretty, and your little dog too"
And "I don't think we're in Kansas anymore" just to name a few.

@TimingQuasars: there was so many rumors about wizard of oz like the munchkin actors being mistreated and the one munchkin who commited suicide .. Idk i think they were just rumors but still spooked me out
