Great question, but I;ll need more direction, more back story. What was our previous relationship? Why am I doing it? Do I want it to be quick and painless (= go for the jugular), or cruel and brutal (slicing you up from your pussy to your sternum). I'm disgusted by the latter, but what is the emotion we wish to invoke?
