I Don't Like Disney

Disney is this really huge thing that everyone seems to have grown up with. But me? Barely. I knew Disney stuff was a thing and I enjoyed my fair share of it, but i could never see what the big deal was.

To this day? I still don't see it. And now, quite frankly, I'm getting very annoyed with all the Disney hype and I am really not liking a majority of the stuff they're chucking at us. They cancelled all of their good stuff and are recycling their old 'popular' stuff while buying out other franchises.

A noticeable trend here is that they seem to not be able to create any original content themselves, so they take control over others who can. that comes across to me as very cheap and lazy, and somewhat harmful given how Marvel and Star Wars are getting screwed over by Disney's business deals and forced changes.

they could have made an entire Disney original Tron extended film universe, but instead they cancelled it and opted to MAYBE reboot it for no reason. And the 'Love Bug' films? Never see them again.

I didn't know Disney movies when I was a child but I watched some of them for educational purposes couple of years ago...let's say. The old ones were not all that bad, though it never went without some cringing. What I absolutely couldn't finish was The Lion King. No, just...no. That's too much.

To say something positive, I loved the storm scene in Bambi. The picture-sound synchronization and choir representing howling wind is awesome.

well it WAS huge in the mid-late 1900's because animation wasn't as common place.
But now buying star wars and such you can obviously see they're struggling to keep afloat/stay relevant beyond kids aged 5.
I didn't know there was any hype still lol.
