Why do some people seen to like the "evil" characters a lot more than the hero or good...

Because the directors made the evil ones more "cool" and the nice ones so "gullible and predictable"

Because evil characters are interesting. Good characters are simpletons and conformists. Nothing sickens me more than people who conform to societies expectations.
