A Bucket of Blood
It's an old Roger Corman horror comedy. It begins with an opening poetic monologue as a bombastic beatnik coffeehouse poet of questionable talent reads his poem about art and artists. The rest of the movie becomes a grotesque reflection of the poem. The words of the poem are hilariously pretentious foreshadowing the story which involves a half wit who takes these words way too seriously.
The poem is on YouTube. In fact, the whole movie may be on YouTube as well.
