Soooo...they released the new Alien trailer

Eh depends, all movie trailers are like that, they need to be exciting and shot like an action movie, even if the movie isn't an action movie.

But yes the original Alien is still the best of the films that are already out...Aliens a close second...Alien 3 was kinda meh...it was ok I guess...then there was "that" film...we don't talk about that one...

Prometheus and Alien were both directed by the master Ridley Scott. I would think that would be a tough act to follow. I will still watch it. But at this point I am not holding my breath. :-)

@Dainbramadge: I think the only problem with Prometheus was he tried directing it too much like Alien...an admittedly outdated film, good for it's time and it aged well...but that doesn't mean modern films should try and "be" it, perhaps be inspired by it...hopefully this one is better.

@Fangirlsarah1996: Oh Yeah I always hope for better in remakes. I just don't normally see it. LOL
