Why does Nick from the Bachelor keeping making DUMB decisions?

This season sucks. Nicks choices are WHACK. He keeps sending girls home that I would pick. He acts like he's being merciful by cutting things off quickly, but his execution is clumsy and blunt when it needs to be sharp. And then he cries like that redeems his decisions. "Look I'm hurting, this is hard for me. Being on TV for so long is totally tough, you know? I know you grew up in Russia and that you had nothing to eat and that your own mom kicked you out of your home when you were six, but I'm a special white guy who's feeling deep shit!" 🙄 Anyway, i can't wait to finally never see his face on this show again.
