Eerie Indiana is an old 90s show that reminds me of Twilight Zone in Suburbia and RL Stein together.

@MyNameIsHurl it's got a weird quirky charm to it

marrowengine · 36-40, F
@0uijaFinger Yeah I was nostaglic lol completely forgot about the show until now

I learned of that when reading up on American Gothic, might have to check it out!! It seems to have been a show that ought to have been as big as Twin Peaks!!
marrowengine · 36-40, F
@MrSmartyPants Twin Peaks was great I might have to rewatch that too. Yeah it's still kind of a kids show but it just has a vibe to it. Like they have weird morality tales of rl stein and then twilight zone kind of thing to it.

I remember that show back when I was in high school. I recall seeing an episode of two twin boys. Eerie, Indiana was basically a 90s version of Stranger Things.

@Barefooter25 I really liked it, too bad they don't do a modern day spin off. Not sure if it would have the same feel though

Looking through the episodes list I saw one called "Mr. Chaney (a.k.a. Mr Talbot)".
This alone tells me this should be an interesting show.

in the dog episode a kid dies and nobody cares
marrowengine · 36-40, F
@Jackaloftheazuresand Oh yeah Steve and his mouth retainer, that was really weird too like their memories just got wiped. I do remember the casual nature of that and briefly wondered the same.
Now I'm watching Eerie Indiana The Other Dimension, it's okayish. Not quite as good as the original but has some qualities.
I just forgot how much I liked this show, haven't seen it since the late 90s lol

@marrowengine I wasn't aware they did more, I will have to tell my sister since she really liked this
marrowengine · 36-40, F
@Jackaloftheazuresand It's on Tubi, both shows are, I think she would enjoy both I think. The second one doesn't have the same characters but they meet in the beginning so they try to tie it together
Lilnonames · F
also a show called the dark side
marrowengine · 36-40, F
@Lilnonames Sounds familiar I'll have to look it up
