adopt a highway...pretty good movie with a positive outcome...very odd title though.

caught in the 90's tough on crime\3 strikes you're out politics, a prisoner is finally released back into society. struggling to adjust and stay on the right pathway, he finds an infant abandoned and tossed into a dumpster. after several days of bonding he realizes he cannot keep the infant.
