Haven't even seen the first one, I recall the marketing of it. It's the sort of movie that I find very little to value. In some of it's ilk i've found quite memorable, and are in my very tiny stash of movies I can view anytime on YouTube. If those were even more precious, like if I actually savored the technical storytelling techniques than i'd be desperately waiting for Prada 2 to be released for streaming asap!!
