I don't think any movie is capable of that (because they are fiction and then back of our minds, most of us know that)
I've never seen any horror movie that ever actually scared me for instance (grossed me out or made me roll my eyes, sure)
Islamic State and Al Qaeda snuff videos (or their equivalents filmed by neo-Nazi Russians or Wagner Group cannon fodder) are more likely to do the trick for you
