The only reason I ask is because people claim to serve or worship many different gods in this world. I can see you love the Lord very much.
Yes, scripture says that angels are engaged in ongoing battles against
Satan and demons, working to deliver believers from evil strategies. They serve as "ministering spirits" sent to guard, defend, and guide people, protecting them from harm. However.... we are definitely not to hold them or honor them
over the Lord himself. He comes first, and He does fight our battles because he's the one that commands his angels to take charge over us to protect us, so he is the main protector. Without him, we can do nothing. The Bible says not to put any above God and to worship him only in spirit and truth. We're not even to worship the angels.
