So I’m at a little restaurant that I like.

It’s usually quiet here. Kinda niche. A bunch of people have come in now, a few families. So they turn on the TV and it’s some action movie where a guy jams his gun into another guys eye socket and starts blasting out the back of his head. And then shoots someone in the face with a shotgun.

Everyone looked at it, and went back to what they were doing.

I think it says a lot about the US that no one cares about that while we’re eating but if a titty popped out they would lose their minds.

This weird aspect of American culture will never cease to confound me.
