Have you watched any really good old movies lately?

Lately, I've been on an old movie kick. Here are a few I've seen in the last few months

North By Northwest
The Ghost and Mr. Chicken
The Birds
Abbot and Costello Meet Frankinstine
DOA
The Long, Long, Long Trailer
one of the Ma and Pa Kettle movies
High Plains Drifter

Finding a good movie made that's been made recently is proving more and more difficult anymore.

The Marx brothers are my favorite comedies. I never hear anyone speak of them anymore. But i admit thier art has seen its day. You have to aquire a taste for them and i doubt young people would understand them. But its amazing when you read about them. Hatdly any of thier movies script gets used. They adlib a goog portion of it and is hilarious to old folks for sure.

I have watched all of them over and over through the years and I still catch jokes grouch throws out that I never caught before. That man was like Williams with his brain firing out stuff faster than a normal person could think. That what made ji tv show so good. You bet Your Life.

@Dexiter I enjoyed the Marx Brothers and saw a couple of their movies when I was younger, but I don't think I've seen them all by any means. I will have to look them up. Sorry but the video doesn't play.
There are several excellent Charlie Chan films. @LadyBronte

@jackjjackson I haven't thought about Charlie Chan since I was a kid!
Me either. As I recall there were quite a number of those films. @LadyBronte

For you, I'd definitely recommend, Judgement at Nuremberg.
Sounds like no fun. I know that Goering, Himmler, Goebbels, Rommel and Hitler among others are all dead.

It's about the Nazi judges trial, not the Nazi leadership.

@Dexiter Just say the secret word!
Not that I. The WW2 expert you are however I feel that I know enough to have accurate conclusions about it all and my time is better spent on more current events. @beckyromero
