I don't own a TV.

I have mostly all of my favorite movies and TV shows on DVD. Sometimes I do get a little tired of watching them over and over again; the nuances kind of diminish after the third or fourth viewing, lol. But I guess I'll take it over reality TV and that kind of nonsense. Maybe I'm showing my age... Big Trekkie here in case anyone would like to have a chat ☺ (TOS and NextGen only).

What’s your favorite TOS episode?

@4thdimensiondream I go back and forth between "City On The Edge Of Forever" and "Friday' s Child." You?

@Sibly City on Edge of Forever is clearly my favorite. Still my all time favorite TV show.

@4thdimensiondream Did you know that Harlan Ellison was actually very upset about the way that episode was presented? There's a book about it. I read it a long time ago, but I don't have it anymore. And hey, do you remember this song from the episode ☺? Edith Keeler tells McCoy that it's 1930, but this song wasn't released until 1931. Oops! [media=https://youtu.be/syn51Vu-js8]

@Sibly maybe she bought a bootleg copy at the flea market! I knew about Ellison being mad but it turned out perfect. Do you remember the controversy over the last line Kirk spoke in the show?

@4thdimensiondream No, I don't. What the hell was it about? 😋

@Sibly nicely done there!

@4thdimensiondream They leave that in, but they cut out the line Scotty said in "Day Of The Dove." Kang was ranting on about the Klingon Empire, and sotto voce, Scotty said, "Up your shaft!" LOL!
