Did you see cabin in the woods? Do you think it ended horror movies?

It’s like it’s all been done, the ultimate horror movie turned on its head.

There will never be an end to horror movies. The Scream movies do the same thing, they make fun of horror tropes. If anything, those movies helped the horror genre to evolve.

@BohemianBabe ugh… after the third one they weren’t worth watching anymore. It’s all been done.

@Ferise1 Scream aint as bad as The Terrifier series. thats some atrocity

@NinaCherry oh yeah I never bothered with that one, but I just read a review for the third one and it seems pretty original and gore. And the second and third instalment got a better budget and a better score.
@Ferise1 I still like the Scream movies, but the novelty is gone now. The first one was awesome in how it deconstructed horror tropes, but now it's kinda been done to death.
I did love Cabin in the Woods, though. It was also a deconstruction, but in such a new way with some really funny moments.
