As soon as I qualified in the military I was a marksman on both the 38 and m16. I got the medals in basic training.

Every year thereafter I still had to qualify on everything. 38, M60, M16 and M203 grenade launcher attachment.

Alec Baldwin has no responsibility in what happened. i already gave the perfect analogy before. if he looked inside to see if it was in fact loaded ...that is all i would have ever expected of him. the people who handed him the guns were as experienced as you. they were in charge of the guns and they are responsible.
