The Fly. But I’m going to base it off of the 1958 version. Maybe some nods to the Jeff Goldblum one.
I’ll keep the original music but perhaps make it more eerie and dynamic. Because the soundtrack isn’t always scary- there is an air of romance but then it swells up into this bombastic sound of terror.
Honestly I can see Oscar Isaac playing as Andre Delambre
Would I keep the movie in the 50s… hmm maybe. Or I can make it look like it’s own decade.
I’ll definitely would try to mimic the style of CinemaScope.
