Yep agreed - it’s incredible how some disasters are caused by such simple mistakes too. The one that got me was a rocket failure because a small something in the guidance was calculated in imperial measurements instead of metric (or it could have been vice-versa). Either way, it made for a bloody big and expensive bang 🙄

@shinyplasticlove Blimey. I’ve read about a lot of disasters caused by penny pinching and greed too.
A block of flats in London caught fire in recent times and the building cladding caught fire because it was below spec and flammable. Hence a load of people died that shouldn’t have.
Still, the building company directors are probably living in the British Virgin Islands now, so that’s alright then 🥺

The building went up like a torch from what was a minor kitchen fire in one flat. Shameful.
