Anyone can be cast in a western. I don't believe that there can be a need to exclude anyone. You might need to adapt the script to fit.

@bijouxbroussard @RenFur And for another Western comedy I recommend Carry on Cowboy in which Marshall P. Knutt an English sanitation engineer is mistaken for a US Marshal and sent to clean the town of Stodge City that is terrorised by the Rumpo Kid.
It's very English, but a Western nonetheless, and a comedy.
