'31 Tod Browning's Dracula, starring Bela Lugosi.
After a stern warning from the locals, not to visit Castle Dracula, an undeterred Renfield arrives at Borgo Pass, and is met by a well cloaked stranger, who takes him to the castle. Upon arrival, the driverless coach comes to a complete stop at the door. Renfield enters and sees no one....then suddenly a tall figure, draped in a full length cape, standing at the top of a long staircase, says: "I am Dracula. I bid you....welcome."
This may indeed be the first time a title of a film is spoken.
