Corporate and investor greed strikes again

Here we go again. Cable came about and became popular because it gave the consumer variety, NO commercials and you could get it rather inexpensively.

Then cable and its investors got greedy, and content turned to crap. Then came streaming.

Guess what? Same thing again. Corporations and investors are getting greedy again. Content has turned to 90% crap and commercials, here we come, plus, oh joy, price hikes too.

Netflix is just the latest at the greed game.

Yep, I'm about done with it.

I haven't owned a TV in 15 years. I remember when Homer Simpson got cable he kissed it and said something like how can so much happiness come through one little wire. Then a few days later he was clicking the remote and saying "Seen it, seen it, seen it." It's like the old poem about the albatross. "Water, water, everywhere and not a drop to drink."
