I Love Movies

Question:
Just asking. In the Movie "Love and other drugs". Starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway. There is a poem read by one of the women in the support group.
Or at least it sounds like a poem.
Anyone know if it actually IS one and if so, what it's called ?
It starts...."F*ck......."
I thought it was cancer. But my research can't find it.
