Zack Snyder is divisive but his visuals are excellent and he has done some really good movies.

I've seen it repeated that he is only good at telling other people's stories and I think that is pretty accurate

@MethDozer He was the perfect director for 300 because it is so enjoyable ridiculous..

He also did a good job with Watchmen, which was Allen Moore's masterpiece. Given it's Such a hard movie to film, the result was decent. Though the book is much better.

@Burnley123 I can't say anything bad about the Watchmen really but I wasn't really into it. I don't think anything was done wrong or could have been done better just that for me it works way better as a comic than it does as a movie. He did as good of a job as possible and it is decent.
