@NativePortlander1970 loved that movie...lol got grounded (can't remember why) but i wasn't allowed to see it in theatre with my brother and friend...... why mom?...i was a good boy growing up ☹️
@beermeplease Well, first of all, it was rated R. After my mother got a new job in August 1981, I was 11, we moved to a new town, within a month I had befriended a classmate that lived on the other side of the field in our back yard, he had cable, and HBO. Every saturday night at 8pm central time, the premium channel premiered a new movie. My new friend also delivered the daily and sunday newspaper at 5am every morning, and because the sunday papers were super thick they were heavy, so he struck a bargain with me, I got to stay over and have dinner with him, usually delivery pizza, get $5, and watch the premiere on HBO, as long as I helped him on sunday mornings with the paper. My older brothers would get pissed off that I got to watch Stripes, Porky's, Fast Times, and other R movies, before them.
@NativePortlander1970 f'ing brilliant ...love it... lol porky's... loved those times!
