#25 - The Lady Eve (1941) starring Barbara Stanwyck and Henry Fonda directed by Preston Sturges

This is film number 25 in my new film journey, stipulated by the new account of mine on Letterboxd, you see i used to be there before and had close to 4,000 films logged as seen, lots of which were films seen before i ever had the internet, about half though were seen since joining. But i gets the wanting to leave bug even there, what jinxed me was making a bunch of superficial connections with other movie lovers on a site called Movie Forums, plus i wanted to be alone with thee books, but movies now for the last few days under the influence of THC has been revelatory. So my goal is to see 10,000 before kickin' the ole bucket. It'll be fun trying. Barbara in this is so sultry and smooth, plus supplements makes this a sweet deal, only movies in english for a while because i do enough reading elsewise. So i gots to try to see 1,500 per year, that averages about 5 films a day, a tall order, and it'll be more like 6 to 8 every other day, only if i squeeze some short films in there will it be doable, but getting the job done is secondary compared to the sweet bliss of seeing the films.
