Shouldn't Wheel Of Fortune precede Jeopardy on TV?

The mental crash you experience when seeing Wheel after Jeopardy is a shock to the system.

I think that stations could do that, but as far as I know, Jeopardy does a 5.9 and Wheel a 5.6, so it makes sense for the higher-rated one to lead. It's possible that they're switched in some markets; I don't really know.
