Queen Charlotte: a Bridgerton Story
I loved this historical drama miniseries. It made me laugh and cry and be so very glad I wasn’t a woman in the 18th century. I loved the strong, female characters in this prequel, though.

I agree with Inkoo Kang, writer of The New Yorker, that, "This counter-history is hardly convincing as a remedy to ingrained prejudice. But this is also an alternate universe where eighteenth-century musicians play twenty-first-century pop hits and the reigning English monarch is toe-curlingly handsome, so let us feel free to exercise some suspension of disbelief.”
Plus, the costumes are gorgeous!
