I doubt many people here have seen this and not sure if it’s still on Netflix but it’s called Jack and the Cuckoo Clock Heart. And this song is called Flamme à Lunettes. In my opinion it’s a highly underrated movie worth a watch. It has a beautiful steampunk-like style and all the music in it great. It was originally in French which just adds to the cool factor. Anyways if you like romantic stuff with a bit of a dark edge like me I definitely recommend you check it out
