Is it wrong I’m starting to root for the villains in movies ?

They are just more interesting. More authentic.

I feel like we’re all just being slowly brainwashed to think that way in general. It used to be so black and white, you always knew who/what was good and bad. Then they started showing the grey more, which made things much more interesting and realistic, but along the way I think they started getting lost in the grey and forgot how to tell right from wrong anymore. And now it’s no different in movies or real life. Everyone is lost in the grey and can’t see black and white anymore. Things are NOT always black and white, but there is definitely always right and wrong. Anyway, I’ll shut up now lol

People are rooting for the villains in reality and don't even realize it. That's one of the effects of the mass formation psychosis created by being bombarded by all the lies and propaganda about Covid. It works like The Stockholm Syndrome. The captured form a bond with their captors and help them achieve their agenda whilst shunning and ostracized those who don't follow the narrative, seeing them as the enemy.

Antiheros and villians are more interesting because they can display a wider range of behavior. They can sometimes be good. To be a hero you have to be good all the time and that's predictable.

I was the bad guy in a movie. Got to beat the crap outta the hero and kick him in the face. So much fun!
