It’s curious how few Americans are in American films these days.
They’re all Canadians, Brits and Aussies. Can’t Americans act anymore?

There are really great non American actors.
I gues the age of the “ silver screen” that ruled Hollywood for years has for American actors, lost its luster. Perhaps we the population quietly crave the movies of the past and the actors and actresses of the past. The Clark Gable’s, The Rita Hayworths, Gary Cooper, Kate Hepburn, Spencer Tracy.
Make no mistake, there are and were great actors and actresses from America and who are Americans.
But re: non Americans, my favorite is Errol Flynn closely followed by PeterO’ Toole.
