The Birds. It still holds up as unsettling and scary. The decision to not use a music score at all was brilliant. The screeching of the birds, the sounds of glass breaking and wood splintering are all heightened and give the film a you-are-there feel.

@robingoodfellow It would have been better if they had used those black and white Pied crows they have in Australia. Those suckers are aggressive naturally.
