Why does everyone insist on saying that Keanu Reeves hasn't aged a bit ? He has aged quite a bit. Just still has black hair

He’s aged. He’s just aged relatively well. He’s in his late 50s, after all.

Keanu Reeves is 57. He didn't really age much untill about 5or 6 years ago so I think that he has just had that reputation for a long time even though now he is showing more of his age.
For reference here he is 10 years ago at 47. Do you think that he looked 47 in this pic?
